Russ comes from the flat lands of the Llano Estacado in West Texas where he excelled as a relentlessly competitive prep athlete and triggered a lifelong pursuit of excellence that is unyielding.  Foregoing opportunities to compete at the collegiate level, Russ enlisted in the United States Coast Guard and trained as a Health Services Technician (Corpsman). Serving a majority of his time as an Independent Duty Corpsman in austere environments. Russ advanced to the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer before promoting to Chief Warrant Officer, accumulating more than 20 years of service, and retiring to Idaho.  Russ currently applies his invaluable knowledge as a Registered Nurse in a Treasure Valley Emergency Department where he enjoys the challenges of an infinitely dynamic environment paralleling the familiarity of applying knowledge tested by experience and time.  With no end to the quest for advanced knowledge, Russ holds multiple undergraduate and graduate degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at El Paso, and will soon complete the Doctor of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner, allowing licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.    Book with Russ today to set your wellness services, or simply improve your hydration, while there are spots available!

Teo Keilwitz, RN

Teo cultivated a wild and mesmerizing sense of adventure (evident in his photo) growing up on the banks of the Puget Sound in Whidbey Island, WA; the best kept secret in the Pacific Northwest.  Undeterred by a challenge, Teo embraced aspirations to become a highly proficient nurse, in the most critical of situations, and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle Pacific University allowing his licensure as a Registered Nurse.  He currently sharpens his expertise in a Treasure Valley Emergency Department, rapidly developing as a decidedly skilled, adaptable, and valued team member.  Beyond the exhilaration, Teo has come to value the diverse populations he interacts with while providing critical life-saving care.  Teo does have a slight aversion to a roof over his head, and on his days off he is mostly found on a trail with a pack on his back and worn boots pacing his path.  That is of course if he doesn’t have a bike churning beneath him or skis soaring him through snow drifts.  Book a service appointment with Teo soon!

Daphne Thompson, RN

Daphne demonstrated great composure and dedication from a young age, excelling as a skilled prep athlete before attending the College of Southern Nevada where she obtained her Nursing Degree, allowing her licensure as a Registered Nurse.  Daphne is a young jet setter with a mature intellect and confidence, evident in her adventurous solo international trips.  She loves to be outside, especially skiing or hiking, so the mountains of Idaho drew Daphne away from the Nevada desert.  She currently employs her remarkably impressive skill as a registered nurse within a busy Emergency Department here in the Treasure Valley where she is a reliable team member vital to the successful provision of critical and life-saving care.  Though the mountains are holding Daphne in Idaho for now, her goal is to travel the U.S. and abroad working as a nurse in various environments, and maybe even finding time to see every National Park in the United States.
