Who should avoid GLP-1 therapy?
- If you’ve had adverse or allergic reaction to Semaglutide
- If you have history of allergy or adverse reactions to another GLP-1
- If you have personal medical history involving:
- Uncontrolled diabetes with HbA1C >8%
- Related conditions such as diabetic retinopathy or diabetic ketoacidosis.
- If you have type 1 diabetes mellitus
- If you have pancreatitis
- If you have gallbladder disease, unless gallbladder has been removed
- If you have Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma
- If you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia, type 2 (MEN 2) glandular tumors
- If you have Kidney disease/kidney insufficiency
- If you are within 2 months of trying to get pregnant (man or woman)
- If you area a pregnant women
- If you are breast-feeding
- If you are less than 18 years old
- If you are experiencing depression with suicidal ideation
- If you are receiving Chemotherapy
- Those already receiving Sermorelin therapy
If you are not eligible for GLP-1 therapy, you may be eligible for weight loss therapy with Sermorelin at a lower BMI and relatively stable health. Give us a call to discuss Sermorelin therapy
How the Resolute Vitality GLP-1 Program Works
Resolute Vitality GLP-1 Service
Semaglutide – $385 monthly
Tirzepitide – $539 monthly
GLP-1 Therapy with Resolute Vitality includes
- Initial nurse consult
- Monthly nurse evaluations
- Initial & Annual labs
- Initial and quarterly visit with one of our Medical Directors
- Medication and delivery
- Progress tracking in our app
- Monthly injection supplies
- As you advance to higher doses, which require more medication, you will incur an additional $150 charge for an additional vial.
- After you decide to pursue GLP-1 therapy, click the book now link to schedule an initial consultation.
- A Resolute Vitality Clinical Service Provider will come to you on your scheduled date and conduct an initial evaluation, complete a blood draw, and answer any questions you may have. A clinical service provider will visit you monthly during your therapy, but labs are only required once each year.
- Once your labs have resulted, you will then conduct a visit with one of our Medical Directors to ensure we identify the best therapy for you. You will meet with a medical director every three months during your therapy.
- If approved for GLP-1 Therapy, your prescription will be sent to your home address.
Monthly
You will self administer your medication with provided injection supplies. Dont worry, your clinical service provider will provide instruction on how to conduct your injections.
- Once your prescription arrives, you must enter our mobile application and indicate you received delivery.
- You will administer your own medication each week, documenting your weekly injection in our mobile application.
- After your 3rd dose, a Clinical Service Provider will come to you and evaluate your progress with GLP-1 therapy, and determine if you’re ready to increase your dose.
- This Clinical Service Provider consultation will happen every month, after your 3rd dose of the month.
Quarterly

Every three months during your GLP-1 therapy, one of our Medical Directors will conduct a visit with you, assessing your progress and ensuring your overall health during therapy.
